  15.        This release of license_dev contains version v6.1 of the
  16.        FLEXlm libraries from Globetrotter Software.  If you are
  17.        upgrading from license_dev 2.X, which contained version v4.1
  18.        of FLEXlm, you will need new vendor keys to use the
  19.        development libraries contained in this release.  For more
  20.        information on version v6.1 of FLEXlm, please refer to the
  21.        release notes for license_eoe 3.4.  For backward
  22.        compatibility V5 behavior is the default.
